Quickly and easily brew a sweet and delicious cup of St. Thomas Aquinas Honey Blend Coffee with this pack of 12 K-cups.

A delightful coffee honoring St. Thomas Aquinas. Born in Italy in 1225, he felt called to the Dominican Order at a young age. His family held him captive to prevent him from entering, and sent a prostitute whom Thomas drove away with a flaming torch. An advocate for those trying to remain chaste or celibate, he was finally given his family's blessing.

He became one of the greatest philosophers of the Church whose writings are the basis for much of our theology today. As a tribute to the sweet and divinely inspired words of the Angelic Doctor, this bright coffee begins with notes of lemongrass, and features a floral-forward wildflower honey flavor. But it's not just the taste that's angelic. The floral aroma is nothing short of a mild perfume, melding with the rich, honeyed fragrance, & finishing with notes of caramel. Its smooth and comforting profile is reminiscent of a rich herbal tea.

We'll stop short of saying this blend is as heavenly as the Angelic Doctor himself, but they are both noteworthy and distinctive. When brewed hot, it's warm and inviting. When iced, refreshing and bright.

Our box makes 12 delicious cups. A unique gift for coffee lovers.

Every Roast Has A Patron

Every blend we craft is inspired by a Catholic saint, chosen for their courage, virtue, or devotion. Just like the lives they lived, each roast has a bold, meaningful character all its own.

St. Thomas Aquinas is the patron saint of scholars and a great ambassador for education.

Known as the “Angelic Doctor,” St. Thomas Aquinas lived with deep devotion. Entering the Dominican order against his family’s wishes, St. Thomas committed his life to the study of theology, creating a vast and extraordinary body of work which earned him the title of Doctor of the Church. His work continues to inform the faithful to this day.
