What selections of coffee do you offer?

There are 16 selections at this time.

What size are the bags of coffee?

Catholic Coffee comes in 12 oz bags.

On the coffee bag, are the designs original artwork?

Our exclusive artwork is digitally illustrated in-house based off of sourced works of inspiration.

Which coffees flavors are Fair Trade?

Currently, our St. Therese light roast and our St. Joan French roast are both 100% Fair Trade and grown organically!

Do you sell coffee pods?

Yes! We have coffee pods to match all of our bags. See them all here.

What is the shelf life of an unopened bag?

As long as the unopened bag is stored in a cool, dark space, the shelf life is about a year. Never store in the fridge or freezer.

How should I store my opened bag of coffee?

Our in-house coffee roaster recommends up to a month for the best, fresh tasting coffee. Never store in the fridge or freezer. If possible, store in an airtight container in a dark, cool place.

What measurements should I use to brew?

Our standard for regular drip coffee is 2 tablespoons per 6 oz of fresh filtered water.

Can the coffee blend in my subscription differ each month?

Yes. However, you must log in to your account and manually change the blend you originally chose.
