St. Thomas Aquinas is the patron saint of scholars and a great ambassador for education.
Known as the “Angelic Doctor,” St. Thomas Aquinas lived with deep devotion. Entering the Dominican order against his family’s wishes, St. Thomas committed his life to the study of theology, creating a vast and extraordinary body of work which earned him the title of Doctor of the Church. His work continues to inform the faithful to this day.
